Resume

Resume Services uses Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF. However,
because not all systems are compatible, we cannot guarantee
that your resume file will retain all of its original
formatting features or will work on your system.

is a Scannable Format Resume?
We
set up scannable resumes to take advantage
of optical character recognition software
(OCR) that reads the printed page and deposits
the resume into a computer database. Special
formatting is required as well as the use
of keywords to maximize the effectiveness
of your resume.

Many
employers and job boards accept resumes that are pasted
into web forms. To ensure that your resume looks good
in these cases, we remove all formatting and save the
file in text format. In addition, we remove all line wrapping
and space each line to a maximum of 65 characters.
